Multi-Family Toilet Rebate Program Eligibility Requirements

Properties must meet the following criteria to participate in the program:

• Property must be built before 1994 for residential use
• Property must have a master-metered residential account with a participating water utility, and be up to date on billing payments
• Property must contain older toilets (pre-1994) using 3.5 gallons per flush or more
• Property must replace a minimum of 30 eligible toilets
• Property cannot purchase and/or install new toilets prior to Metro Water District’s approval (toilets purchased without approval will not be eligible for rebate)
• Property can only receive one rebate for the life of the program
