Frequently Asked Questions

When is the race?
Saturday, March 19, 2022
What time does the race begin?
The race will be run with multiple start waves to allow for minimal runners on the trail at one time to ensure social distancing measures and reduce overcrowding on the narrow portions of the trail: 8:00 AM | 9:00 AM | 10:00 AM. Once registered, you will be contacted about selecting your wave. Runners interested in a fast pace should go with the8:00 AM wave (9 minute and under per mile pace); runners at the 9-12 minute mile pace should select the 9:00 AM wave; the 10:00 AM will be for those interested in walking the course or running at a slower pace.
Where do I park?
Free parking will be available at the Chattahoochee Nature Center (CNC). CNC’s parking lot will open at 6:30 AM race day. Due to timed starting waves, CNC’s parking lot should be able to accommodate all runners. However, carpooling is encouraged and overflow parking will be at St. Francis Day School – 9375 Willeo Road, Roswell, GA 30075, approximately a 1-mile walk from the Center. No shuttle service will be available. Runners are encouraged to only come to the center 20 minutes prior to their starting waves.
What COVID-19 safety measures will be in place?
  • All COVID-19 safety protocols and procedures for the Chattahoochee Nature Center will be in place on the day of the race. All staff, volunteers and participants are required to wear a mask both indoors and outdoors pre-race and post-race while on the CNC grounds. Additionally, everyone is encouraged to social distance wherever possible throughout the event.
