Multi-Family Property Toilet Rebate Application

Property must be built before 1994 with toilets using 3.5 gallons per flush or more.

You must be the property owner or manager to apply for a multi-family toilet rebate.

The property must be for residential use with a master metered account.

Applicant certifies that the toilets being replaced have a flush volume of 3.5 gpf or greater.

The rebate credit of $75.00 rebate is only available for WaterSense labeled Ultra-High Efficiency Toilets using 1.1 gallons per flush or less.

The applicant must install a minimum of 30 toilets to be eligible for the rebate program.

The rebate is applied to the property account address stated on the provided water utility bill.

This is a one-time rebate per property to be received only if the water account is in good financial standing with the water utility.
