The 10th Annual Water Drop Dash 5K will have both an in-person and virtual option, while the Kids Fun Run and a celebratory 10th anniversary 10K will be virtual-only.

The Chattahoochee Nature Center has mapped out a 5K course utilizing CNC’s two miles of trails over our 127 acre campus. The race will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2022 in celebration of Fix a Leak Week. The race course is a trail run, which will include a couple of challenge hills. The race course is an easy-to-moderate course that comes complete with the usual hazards of trail running, such as tree roots and rocks.

All COVID safety protocols and procedures for the Chattahoochee Nature Center will be in place on the day of the race. Face masks will be required before and after running. The race will be run with multiple start waves to allow for minimal runners on the trail at one time to ensure social distancing measures and reduce overcrowding on the narrow portions of the trail.

There will be no awards ceremony or post-race celebration. Race times will be posted online once everyone has completed the event.
